Stuffed Pork Chops


This is not a kiddy meal this a hardy adult meal.  Family and guest will really enjoy these moist, tender and delicious chops. These elegant dish which your family and friends will think you were slaving in the kitchen the entire day; when it only takes about an hour.  A savory dinner that grown-ups will love.

Ingredients:
4  ½ inch thick pork chops cut in middle. All the way to the bone.
Adobo
Complete Seasoning
Garlic powder
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp Italian salad dressing
1 cup mushrooms sliced
½ cup old bread cut into small cubes
½ cup of melted margarine/butter
1 small onion chopped
1 small green pepper chopped
1/4 chicken broth
8 tooth picks


Directions:
Sprinkle all over the pork chops adobo and complete seasoning and garlic powder. Set this aside
In a skillet on medium heat the oil and brown the pork chops on both sides.  After done place the pork chops on a baking sheet, set aside.
In a small pan pour the salad dressing on medium heat place mushrooms stir once or twice until ready or when mushrooms become soften.
In a bowl place bread crumbs, butter/margarine, onions, pepper, chicken broth, and the mushrooms in together mixing it well.
Stuffed the pork chops with this mixture place the tooth picks to keep in place
Heat oven at 350 bake for 30 minutes.
