Kielbasa sausage & Alfredo Sauce


This is quite an easy and delightful pasta dish.  This is a great dish for busy, working moms.  Or when you are just to tire and need to get diner on the table quickly.  The kielbasa sausage give the sauce such a unique, and particular flavor.   You can prepare your own Alfredo sauce or you can use the jar one.  Either way, it is an spectacular dish.

Ingredients:
1 16 oz  package Kielbasa sausage cut into ½ inch slices
1 1/2 jar of Alfredo Sauce


Ingredients for prepping you own sauce:
¼ cup of water
1 ½  cups heavy cream 
2 garlic cloves crushed 
2 ½ cups of parmesan cheese
Complete Seasoning
3 tbsp parsley flakes 


Directions:
On medium heat, on a medium cooking pot, bring water to a boil place the pasta in the water.  Let that boil some more until the pasta is soft.
While that is pasta is cooking you can be preparing the sausage.
On a medium skillet on medium heat place the sausage let them fry (with no oil) the sausage with give out its own oil.  Flip it once until they’re nice and browned. Turn the heat into low
Pour the sauce over the sausage, sprinkle complete seasoning.
Drain most of the water out of the pasta and on low heat place it back on the stove. Pour in the sausage and sauce mixture into the pasta mix it well and you are all ready to eat.   

Directions for prepping the sauce:
In a pan over medium-low heat melt the butter. 
Once the butter is melted add the creamer to simmer add garlic, cheese, complete seasoning and parsley.  Whisk it quickly over heat.  Until thicken.
