Broil Lobster

Lately live lobsters have been on sale for about $6.00 per lbs. That is a great buy. Unfortunately the reason we don’t have lobster more often is because lobster is so very pricey. In most restaurants they serve lobster tale; that is the reason I love to prepare my own lobster. This is a delicacy which most seafood lovers find to be the most tastiest. My broil lobster is prepared with plenty of garlic, cilantro, bread crumbs and butter. The rich taste of my lobster is unbelievable. Keep in mind if you try this delectable dish of lobster you will never forget the heavenly taste.

Serving Size: 4
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Money Savings: $15.00
Approximate Calories per serving: 250
Ingredients:
2 1 ¼ lbs live lobsters
Adobo

4 tbsp melted butter
¼ cup lemon juice
4 tbsp garlic minced
½ bushel of fresh cilantro thinly chopped
½ cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Slice the lobsters in half rinse thoroughly. Place in backing pan. Lobster’s flesh should be facing up. Sprinkle adobo all over the lobster even on the shell. On a small bowl place the butter, lemon juice, cilantro and garlic and mix together. With a spoon spoon-out this mixture and stuffed the lobster with this mixture. Then sprinkle bread crumbs all over the lobster. Broil the lobster for about 25 minutes on 450 or when the bread crumbs start getting brown then it ready.
