Chicken with Orange, Honey, & Mustard

When you bite into this scrumptious chicken you can actually taste the sweetness of the honey and the tangy of the orange. The mustard gives this dish a zesty taste. Mmmmmm!! so delicious, tender, and savory.

Ingredients:
2 ½ lbs. chicken quartered
Adobo
Complete Seasoning
Garlic powder
½ cup mustard
1/3 cup honey
2 tsp. orange marmalade
1 tsp. freshly grated orange peel
2 tsp. dried dillDirections:
Take chicken sprinkle adobo, Complete Seasoning, and garlic powder.
Preheat oven: 400

Preparing the sauce:
Combine mustard, honey, and marmalade in a small bowl. Stir in dill and orange peel.

Take the chicken brush on the sauce on top of the chicken well coated. Turn chicken over pull skin and brush meat with sauce. Pull skin back and brush sauce all over the chicken.
Bake until juices run clear or about 30 minutes

 
 
 
Tips:
You can prepare the sauce ahead of time and keep it in the refrigerator.
If you want a quicker meal you can use chicken breast. Cook until no longer pink or for 15 minutes
