Seafood Chowder
Easy, delicious seafood chowder. This is specially for all the seafood lovers. This delight treat is prepared with a bag of seafood mix, a pound of shrimps, and a bag of calamari. So if you love soup, love seafood, here is a perfect dish for you!

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
1 bag frozen mix seafood
1 bag frozen calamari/squid
1 bag frozen x-large raw shrimp (pealed)
adobo
¼ cup slice bacon
4 cups water
1 cup of chopped onions
5 red medium potatoes diced
1/3 cup butter
4 tbsp dry/fresh parsley
2 quart milk
4 tbsp all purpose flour
Directions:
Place seafood mix, calamari/squid, and shrimp on a bowl sprinkle a bit of adobo on the seafood.
Place a small frying pan on medium heat with the bacon fry it well until crispy.
Place the water in medium-large cooking pot on medium heat. Place potatoes, butter, and parsley.
Place in the water mixture the cooked bacon.
Place all the seafood into the pot.
Pour the milk into a small bowl and place flour into the milk mixing quickly until thicken a little (if you need to place additional flour do so). Just as long as it thicken a little.
Once the potatoes are soft or almost soft place the milk mixture into the water. Let that boil one more time turn the heat off.
