Shrimp Kabob


Don’t know what to do with your shrimps? Why not shrimp kabob.  They are easy to prepare, it only requires a few ingredients and it has great tasting as well.  Best of all they are cooked and done in no time and your guest and family would think you spend the entire day cooking.

Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs. uncooked XL/jumbo shrimps peeled/unpeeled (your choice)
Kabobs sticks bamboo/steel
1 medium size green bell pepper cut in squares
1 medium size red bell pepper cut up in squares
1 large onion cut up in fourths
Adobo
Complete seasoning
Garlic powder
Cooking spray

Directions:
Place the shrimp in sticks alternating a shrimp and a piece of vegetable. Sprinkle adobo, complete seasoning and garlic powder. Place spray oil on the kabobs and place on the grill on medium heat. Until they are ready or shrimps turn completely orange.


Tips:
You can use all types of vegetables for example, mushrooms, green squash and yellow squash.
