Healthy Fried Chicken


This recipe was given to me by my niece who is a professional chef.  This is a healthy alternative to the old fashion deep fry chicken.  It is healthier because it is baked not deep fried.  It taste scrumptious and it looks as crispy as if it has been deep fry.   This baked fried chicken without frying it is finger liking mmm good!!

Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
4 chicken legs quarters cut in half  wash and skin off/on (your choice)
Adobo
Complete Seasoning
Garlic Powder
2 packages of sazon
¼ cup of all purpose flour
Cooking spray

Directions:
Place the chicken in a large bowl. Sprinkle adobo, complete seasoning, garlic powder and sazon.
Cover the chicken the entire with flour.
Spray the entire chicken with cooking spray.
Place each piece of chicken on a cookie sheet/baking tray.
Heat the oven on 400.  Place in the oven for about 20-30 minutes or until juices run clear.  

Tip:
For a healthier choice take skin off.
