Sliced Baked Potatoes

These mouth watering potatoes are quick, easy, and tasty.  This is a very easy way to give the insipid potatoes lots of new flavors that swirl your palate. The lightly butter coating on top and the cheese gives the potatoes a crispy toping on the outside.  This is another wonderful alternative to the old boring baked potatoes.
