This beautiful Broccoli and Cheese dish is another way to get the kids to eat their veggies. I notice my kids would eat beef and broccoli from the Chinese restaurant I then started to wonder what can I do so that my kids eat the broccoli I prepared at home. Then I decided to masquerade the broccoli with the cheese and... Wala! that was it! they absolutely loved it! They like the taste of the crunchiness along with the salty, and sharp taste of the cheeses.

Ingredients:
Fresh Broccoli
Pinch salt and pepper
Shredded Cheese
Directions:
Wash the broccoli, place it on a steamer/rice cover and let it steam for about 10 minutes or until broccoli gets green. Turn away from the steamer add salt and pepper then add the Shredded cheese.
