This is a magnificent dish. The peanut sauce bring out a swirl of flavors in your taste buds. The mildness of the salmon contrast perfectly with the peanut sauce. It actually takes about five minutes to get the fish ready and in the oven. The sauce is very easily prepared as well. Your diner guest will talk about this perfect dish for days. Ingredients:
Adobo
Complete Seasoning
Garlic Powder
4 8oz. Salmon Fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce ingredients:
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 cloves garlic thinly chopped
¼ cup water
1 tbsp brown sugar
Juice from ½ lemon
1/3 cup green onion thinly chopped
Directions:
Sprinkle adobo, complete seasoning and garlic powder on to salmon. Place the salmon on a grilling pan/backing dish. Squirt olive oil on top of the salmon and place it in the oven for 350 for 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, water, sugar, lemon into a saucepan and bring to medium heat until peanut butter has melted and sauce has thicken. Pour sauce over salmon and garnish with green onions.
