In Spanish Pollo al Horno which means baked chicken. This finger licking broiled or grilled chicken is one of my family’s favorite. It is very nutritious because it's cooked in the oven or on the grill. It is simple and economical to prepare. I used leg quarters and cut them in half, but you can use chicken thighs, legs, and wings it’s your choice. I trimed off the excess fat and if you want you can even take the skin off if you are really looking out for a slim meal. You can season it and let marinate for ½ hour, but if you let it marinate for longer time; the chicken turns out juicy and moist. You can serve it with brown rice or green salad and this will be a wonderful chicken meal for you and your family.Serving size: 4
