Crab Soup

This is a great taste spoonful, rich Caribbean dish. It’s base with coconut milk, add green bananas and yucca. This soup has a very good flavor. The shellfish in this wonderful dish is perfect enough to please any seafood lover in your family.

Ingredients:
1 quart of water
1 small red pepper chopped
1 small onion chopped
Adobo
Complete seasoning
1 package sazon
Garlic powder
3 cans coconut milk unsweetened
2 medium to small size yuccas (if frozen 5 pieces)
4 green bananas cut in four pieces
8 live crabs or uncooked
½ a bush cilantro

Directions to clean crabs:
On-shell them and take the guts out.

Directions:
On medium heat place a large pot with water. Place pepper and onion in the water, sprinkle adobo, complete seasoning, sazon and garlic powder. Let the water boil once it starts to boil place the yucca and one can of coconut milk. Let that boil again. Once its boiling add the bananas and another can of coconut milk. Let it boil again, once that is boiling place the crabs and the last can of coconut milk, add cilantro let it boil for the last time. Cabs should turn red all the vegetables should be soft. It is ready.
